Youth for Christ USA has quickly implemented PRS across the nation. After experiencing PRS , President and CEO Jake Bland sent 5 leaders the May 2023 PRS retreat. Executive Directors from Kansas, Indiana, Colorado, and New York were all represented. Afterwards, Jake launched a PRS group as a part of his national prayer meeting. Every week, 80 people gather online and listen to the NKJV Audio Drama Bible. Jake says, “I believe Christ is going to use PRS to change us. This fits beautifully with our YFC rally cry for staff in 2023: ‘Everyone knows, experiences, and shares God’s Story.’”
Alex Mathews, the director of YFC Kansas city, launched PRS and JSU Book Club with young people in 4 different juvenile detention centers across the region. Each week, they listen to 15 minutes of Scripture together. Alex says, "It surprised me how much our teens love hearing the PRS Bible passages. Since using PRS, we have doubled in our number of participants.”
